This is one of our plastic pvc cylinder box machine specialize for curling the single side or both side of PET/PVC pvc cylindrical tube. It is the second steps of cylindrical pvc boxes production. This is a manual and standard design models of this series machine with 2 head/4 head/ 8 head curling position with heat plate to preheat the PVC/PET tube for getting good curling result.

Related welding mold:

Our manual design double heads Clear pvc cylinder box machine need to install margin Aluminum or copper curling mold to work. The molds need to make according to client sample or details of product clients provide to us.
But please don't nervous when you see this words, because each of our curling mold could be share with 3~4 different diameter tubes. We will check with our client how many diameters of cylindrical pvc boxes they plan to produce by our machine and we will made this curling machine as our discussion. Of course, if client is new for this plastic tube boxes industry and only have one diameter cylinder package tube boxes to produce right now, we can also made curling mold with one diameter. And client could add the lace locally when they get new order later.

Machine for choose:

As usual, there are many kinds of plastic packaging tubes designed by client
different design of cylinder box, need to be made by different kinds of machines.
For making one piece of common design packaging tube, there are at least 3 steps.
frist- is making tube body, second-is margin curing, third-is making lid or bottom.
some kinds of packaging cap need to be made by automatic forming machine
we have manual sealing machine and automatic welding machines for choose

Packing & delivery:
We package machine by sea delivery ply-wooden case or as client instruction
Note: For air delivery machine(if client request)we will try to separated machine to be small size for package(no higher than 150cm)
If we need delivery machine by whole container,we suggest package machine by pallet.(of course, need to check with client)
