Applications:
- Our automatic Clear pvc tube boxes machine model JC-200H series is specialized for gluing or ultrasonic welding clear or printed plastic sheet to make PVC, PET plastic cylinder tube boxes. It is the first step of PVC /PET cylinder tube boxes production.
- This models of clear round plastic package box machine have two major function for choose-Ultrasonic & gluing sealing function. For glue sealing function is suitable for all kinds of plastic material like PVC/PETG/PET material provided in roll to make cylinder tube container boxes. The disadvantage of this pvc tube boxes machine is, client need to purchase pvc/PET glue during production.
- For ultrasonic function plastic round box machine, it is suitable for welding PVC plastic tubes round container for packaging candy, gift presents, stationery,earphone set, headset,toys, earphone set, headset,toys, umbrella, fishing tools, crisp food and fashion food etc. The pvc cylinder tube welded by ultrasonic model have welding lace as picture below.
- If client prefer to produce transparent plastic cylinder tube, we recommend client to send some material to us for making welding test before confirm the order. Because as our experience, 100% pure PET material can not be weld very strong by ultrasonic technology. PET glue sealing is the best choose.

this system is used to punch two holes in two sides of the cylinder when forming, which is easy to install handle
- The mold of our standard design automatic Clear pvc tube boxes machine could be share with wide range diameter tube production, so client no need to make and change extra mold if the diameter tube is not bigger than 200mm or not smaller than 35mm.
- If client have special diameter cylinder tubes bigger than 200mm or small than 40mm,please inform us in advance. We will update the machine on the base of our standard model according to diameter of tube that need to make by this machine.
- don't worry, our update work of our machine will not ask extra charge from client.
