This models of Clear plastic tube containers making machine have two major function for choose-Ultrasonic & gluing sealing function. For glue sealing function is suitable for all kinds of plastic material like PVC/APET/PETG/PET sheet to make cylinder tube container boxes.
The disadvantage of this pvc tube boxes machine is, client need to purchase pvc/PET glue during production. Related welding mold:

Our brief design manual pvc tube candy box machine need to install glue pressing support mold or ultrasonic welding mold for formal operation. The molds need to make according to client sample or details of product clients provide to us.
As usual, different diameter of mold need to match with different diameter mold. If client have 3~5 different diameters plastic cylinder tube boxes need to seal by this new machine, they need to have 3~5 pressing mold matched. Client could ask our factory to make all the molds with this pvc tube candy box machine model JC-180S together. Client could also just purchase machine with the one freely mold first and then make new mold locally after machine arrive.(check picture below)

different design of cylinder box, need to be made by different kinds of machines.
For making one piece of common design packaging tube, there are at least 3 steps.
frist- is making tube body, second-is margin curing, third-is making lid or bottom.
some kinds of packaging cap need to be made by automatic forming machine
