Application
Application
- This is one of our plastic pvc cylinder box machine specialize for curling the single side or both side of PET/PVC pvc cylindrical tube. It is the second steps of cylindrical pvc boxes production. This is a manual and standard design models of this series machine with 2 head/4 head/ 8 head curling position with heat plate to preheat the PVC/PET tube for getting good curling result.
- Specializedfor the high production of clear or printed PVC,PET,APET,PETG cylinder tubes
- The machine is designed with man-machine interface operating system,servomotor drives,
- Our pvc cylinder box machinemodel JC-2012A can be customer-made according to the size of the product.
- precise positioning, work coherent to ensure high quality products
- working speed and side of cylinder tube can be adjust(please check the specification below)
- with a preheating plate for soft the PET PVC cylinder tube in advance for better crimping result;
- multi-curling diameters can be integrated in one mould for different diameter tubes
- Height of cylinder container could be adjustedaccording to cylinder tubes
- Hydraulic goes down pressing system to make stable working situation
- With air pressure hole to keep the plastic cylinder tube shape during pressing process.(it is optional function)
