This machine is used for making different kinds of birthday candles.
The whole product line includes: Candle making machine, temperature control device and so on.

Description:
Our company produced have many advantages, such as small in size, low in investment and convenient in operating. Another, it uses cycle-cooling water in the whole process, so it saves water and protects environment.
At present, we have made some technical update for the candle making machine. Now we adopt to new material stainless steel as the mold of candle making machine ,it just takes short time to cool the candles, furthermore, all the candles can be easily out of the molds at the same time. It is very convenience with this design after change, and it has a longer life than before for this kind of machine.

Function:
1. This machine can make birthday candle, spark candles, magic candles, and musical candle, etc.
2. It can thread and to cut off accurately.
3. It can plane automatically the candle at the same time, saving labor to put the the candles in the planing machine.
4. The length of birthday candle can be adjusted in the large scope. DC motor drive, speed stable speed, adjustable and saving electricity.

pulling parts of machine-Function:
1. This machine can make birthday candle, spark candles, magic candles, and musical candle, etc.

Bracing Wire Facility--Function:
1. After the cotton core through the wheel set, then through the wax water, until it reached the required diameter
2. Double heating oil and constant temperature control.
 
Cooling Water Baths---Function:
It can put the candle that is cooled to the certain degree of hardness into the host machine.
 
Titanium Dioxide Cylinder---Function:
Double-deck stainless steel heat conduction oil constant temperature control. 
It's mainly used for adding titanium dioxide on the surface of the birthday candle.

Related welding mold:
All the plastic welding machine need to work with related welding mold(it is also name welding horn)
We design and make rf plastic welding mold according to welding sample provided by client or 3D drawing in detail.
We also show some picture of mold which we made for our client in our webside.

Packing & delivery:
We package machine by sea delivery ply-wooden case or as client instruction
Note: For air delivery machine(if client request)we will try to separated machine to be small size for package(no higher than 150cm)
            If we need delivery machine by whole container,we suggest package machine by pallet.(of course, need to check  with  client)

Working Manual:
We will send the related working manual and install&operation video to client mail within one week after machine delivery.

For pvc plastic cylinder box machine, we commend to use 50 - 60HZ Phases: 1~3 phase 220V/380V voltage

We design and make mold according to real sample or drawings in detail

7~10 working days for standard machine; 20 ~ 30 working days for machines customized
