Features:

Related welding mold:
All the plastic welding machine need to work with related welding mold(it is also name welding horn)
We design and make rf plastic welding mold according to welding sample provided by client or 3D drawing in detail.
We also show some picture of mold which we made for our client in our webside.

There is five major design of high frequency pvc fabric welding machine series:
1) Standard design: JC-50B, JC-60B, JC-50A, JC-60B(rotable with 3 working position)
2) Update design: JC-50BR(with a robot to fetch finished sealed blister)
3) Auto-moving design:JC-4060(auto moving system for 12pcs welding mold)
Packing & delivery:
We package machine by sea delivery ply-wooden case or as client instruction
Note: For air delivery machine(if client request)we will try to separated machine to be small size for package(no higher than 150cm)
If we need delivery machine by whole container,we suggest package machine by pallet.(of course, need to check with client)

We will send the related working manual and install&operation video to client mail within one week after machine delivery.
